, an exercise and physical activity campaign from the National Institute on Aging at NIH, is designed to help you fit exercise and physical activity into your daily life. Motivating older adults to become physically active for the first time, return to exercise after a break in their routines, or build more exercise and physical activity into weekly routines are the essential elements of Go4Life.

The is one of 28 area agencies in the State of 17³Ô¹ÏÍø designated by the 17³Ô¹ÏÍø Department of Aging and Disability Services to develop and administer comprehensive services for people who are:

  • 60 years of age and living in the counties of Atascosa, Bandera, Comal, Frio, Gillespie, Guadalupe, Karnes, Kendall, Kerr, Medina or Wilson
  • Residents of any age who are eligible for Medicare within the 11 counties of the AAOCG region
  • Caregivers of individuals age 60 and over
