 We do not participate in the National Match Program. The application deadline is June 1, 2026, 3:00pm CT (for the 2027 program start) .

Interviews will be Friday June 12, 2026, at 17³Ô¹ÏÍø Health Science Center campus.

Only complete applications with the additional supplemental fee paid will be reviewed.

2. Official dental school transcript translation submitted to PASS. Unofficial transcripts from all schools attended, uploaded to PASS (this includes trade schools, community colleges, and universities).
   • Transcripts must be translated and evaluated. Please use one of these services:
3. NBDE Part I or INBDE passing scores uploaded to PASS
4. Three professional evaluations submitted to PASS
5. Institution evaluation submitted to PASS
6. Complete CV uploaded to PASS (use link to required format) upload to PASS in the *Other 3 category for uploads
7. scores submitted to PASS.
   • International students are required to take the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL iBT). The minimum required score for the TOEFL iBT is a total of 75 (min. score 4 on new scoring format), from a test taken same day (not "MyBestâ„¢ Scores"). The test must be taken within two years of applying for admission.

   • International students are required to take the Advanced Dental Admission Test ()
