Endodontics residency application requirements
Graduated from a US/Canadian CODA-accredited dental school
We do not participate in the National Match Program. The application deadline is June 1, 2026, 3:00pm CT (for the 2027 program start).
Interviews will be Friday June 12, 2026, at 17³Ô¹ÏÍø Health Science Center campus.
Only complete applications with the additional supplemental
fee paid will be reviewed.
- Official transcripts from dental school submitted to PASS. Unofficial transcripts from all other schools attended, uploaded to PASS (this includes trade schools, community colleges, and universities).
- NBDE Part I or INBDE passing scores uploaded to PASS
- Three professional evaluations submitted to PASS
- Institution evaluation submitted to PASS
- Complete CV uploaded to PASS (use link to required format) upload to PASS in the *Other 3
category for uploads - $50.00 USD Application fee (non-refundable) Please use your ADEA PASS ID
