Our sports medicine team is committed to caring for the whole athlete, including mental health and overall wellness. We provide comprehensive sports psychology services to help athletes of all ages manage performance-related stress, anxiety, depression and the emotional challenges that can accompany injury and recovery.

At UT Health San Antonio, our sports medicine specialists collaborate with physical therapists, school athletic trainers, orthopedic experts and primary care providers to deliver coordinated, personalized care. We offer convenient locations across San Antonio, available Monday through Friday, and accept most insurance plans.
