Adam is studying the role of microRNA-Transcription Factor networks in Neuronal cancers. He is specifically interested in transcriptional and post-transcriptional regulation of cell identity. His project is focused on utilizing neuron-specific microRNAs to treat adult brain cancers, and pediatric neuroblastoma. In addition, he has been characterizing transcription factors responsible for cancer cell identity.
