University Court provides a unique, on-campus living option for married undergraduate students. These limited duplex-style apartments provide a mix of privacy and intentional community for residents, all while still affording the convenience of on-campus living.
Students must be upper-division eligible (60+ credits or at least 21 years old) to apply for University Court housing.

Its convenient location provides easy access to the 17³Ô¹ÏÍø community while supporting the independence and flexibility of apartment-style living.
