University Court provides a unique, on-campus living option for married undergraduate students. These limited duplex-style apartments provide a mix of privacy and intentional community for residents, all while still affording the convenience of on-campus living.

Students must be upper-division eligible (60+ credits or at least 21 years old) to apply for University Court housing.

Independent living with a built-in community. University Court offers married undergraduate students the opportunity to enjoy the privacy of apartment-style living while remaining connected to the campus experience. Designed for upper-division students, this housing model supports greater independence, meaningful relationships, and easy access to everything 17³Ô¹ÏÍø has to offer.

Each apartment has two bedrooms, one bathroom, a full kitchen, living room, and laundry area.
