The South Townhouses offer two-story apartment layouts for groups of 6 students. Each townhouse includes 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a common living room, kitchen, and laundry area.
The South Townhouse Community Center offers an area for residents to come together for programming and events, and houses the Front Desk and RD office.

“My hope is for the upperclassman in the South Townhouses to have a place where they know they can take a break and have fun while also getting ready to transition out of college. I want to provide as much availability as possible so people can come ask me questions or talk about life whenever they need to!
